PREVIOUS UPDATES

As at April 2012.

·       Revised the top level summaries for each of the 7 main parts: Philosophy, Science, History, Art & Media, Personal Practice and Politics (click here).

·       Drafted 42 long sentences summarising these global beliefs.

·       And drafted an ‘introduction’ for each, in separate web pages,

These long “summaries” still seem too long to grasp in one go, so:

·       Drafted 42 short sentences summarising these global beliefs

·       Drafted 42 haiku summarising these global beliefs (click here).

Finally, for the major ongoing task:

·       Started working on the next level down, in philosophy, science and history.

As at April 2011.

·       More typographical (spelling etc) errors have been fixed.

·       More reworking of the Quintessential Corrigible Professions of Global Beliefs covering how our choices reflect our values, and other refinements.

·       The 42 key sets of propositions have been re-organised.

As at March 2010:

·       Some typographical (spelling etc) errors have been fixed.

·       The Quintessential Corrigible Professions of Global Beliefs has been updated to include a shorter summary.

·       The 42 key sets of propositions have been developed further, for the Parts related Philosophy and Science.  I’m still working on the rest.

As at April 2009, this whole site was still new:

·       The home page has been further refined to be briefer;

·       I’ve removed some of the junk in the introductory sections.

·       The top level page is now a table of contents or site map;

·       I’ve separated out art and literature into their own Part.

·       The Tenets of a Reasonable Way are now also called Quintessential Corrigible Professions of Global Beliefs.  The page is a summary of the choices we can make for our personal life in social and political areas.

·       Removed some bugs in the simple database to contain a membership list to assess the level of interest in these proposed global beliefs. (Join.)
